The role requires an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Workday Functional Consultant to drive the HCM scope, manage requirements, have functional ownership, and provide policy guidance to create a fit-for-purpose solution. As a Senior Business Analyst and certified Workday HCM Specialist, you will be instrumental in translating strategic objectives into practical Workday configurations. You will: Support the HCM functional requirements analysis and requirements documentation for the workstream. Translate requirements into Workday configurations. As a certified consultant, advise on design and solutions to support informed decision-making in the workstreams. Key Responsibilities Functional Expertise and Solution Design Provide Workday-specific techno-functional advice where needed. Assist in the completion of Workday workbooks. Accountable for the translation of requirements into configuration documentation and workbooks. Work with stakeholders to design the solution and ensure alignment with business needs. Provide strategic consultation on functional and organisational design. Complete Impact & Gap analysis and assessment to support decision-making with analysis and options papers. Essential Criteria Knowledge and Technical Capabilities Workday Certification and 5 years of experience implementing Workday HCM solution is essential (core, compensation, benefits, recruiting, talent, performance, learning, absence, time tracking, payroll). At least 5 years' experience as a senior business analyst. Functional Human Resources experience. Knowledge of both waterfall and agile methodologies and the application of business analysis practices within these frameworks. Extensive and demonstrated experience conducting analysis of business needs across a complex portfolio of initiatives and technical environment.
