Your main responsibilities include:

On a day to day, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service and bring your unique personality to every call
- Educate customers around the new products and services whilst providing tailored solutions
- Navigating through multiple different banking systems and tools
- Have a good understanding of updated banking policies, procedures, and legislation
- Updating client profiles, clearing databases
- Performing a range of routine processing and administrative activities
What you'll need to succeed Whilst having a real passion for providing first class customer service, the ability to be able to listen to the customer's needs whilst operating various systems at one time. You will also have;
- Experience in customer service such as a call centre, or banking role
- Passionate about helping customers
- Proven communication skills, the ability to connect with customers and to assist them with their queries
- Demonstrated attention to detail
