Your new role
Day to day you will be carrying out the following duties:
Respond to client enquiries professionally and follow through on resolutions
Prepare and issue meeting agendas, notices, and minutes
Maintain accurate records and support compliance and financial processes
Liaise with internal teams to coordinate repairs, maintenance, and contractor requests
Organise and prioritise workloads to meet statutory deadlines
Provide essential behind the scenes support to strata managers
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will possess the following:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and the ability to learn new systems
Strong organisation and time management skills
High attention to detail in documentation and record keeping
A positive, growth focused mindset and willingness to learn strata processes.
Ability to work on site in a collaborative office environment
