About the teamTelstra Business Technology Centres (TBTCs) are designed to support small and medium businesses with tailored ICT solutions. As part of our fully branded Telstra channel, TBTCs offer expert advice and skilled services that help businesses spend less time troubleshooting tech and more time growing.
About the roleWe're looking for a driven Casual Customer Sales & Service Specialist with a passion for outbound sales and teleappointing. You'll be the voice of Telstra, engaging with business customers over the phone to uncover needs, offer tailored solutions, and drive meaningful conversations that convert into sales.
This is a fast‐paced, high‐energy role where your ability to build rapport quickly and close with confidence will be key to your success.
