Part-time Sales Coordinator Role

Key Responsibilities
* Supporting administrative tasks, including data entry, timely processing of proposals, bookings, inquiries, and other sales-related information as directed.
* Monitoring and optimising Broadcast and Digital campaign delivery within the client remit, regularly utilising the Broadcast and Digital Network Sales System.
* Providing and updating reports to clients and internal stakeholders on campaign delivery using both Microsoft Excel and industry-aligned systems (i.e., Neilsen & OzTam, Google Ad Manager & 7Digital Dashboards).
* Managing document filing, distribution, and correspondence efficiently while supporting the finance team with booking queries and participating in relevant internal and external meetings.
