Join Gather by Cater Care as a Catering Assistant at UQ Res Gatton and be part of a supportive, energetic team delivering quality food and service. This hands-on role involves meal prep, service, and helping create a welcoming dining experience for students and staff. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality customer service, always with a positive attitude
* Assist with preparing and serving food, including meals and snacks
* Ensure all dishes are washed and the kitchen and dining areas are kept clean and safe
* Maintain stock levels, replenishing items as required and following meal service
* Strictly adhere to all food safety and hygiene protocols
Skills and Experiences:
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in food preparation and/or customer service
* Demonstrated ability to support kitchen operations and service delivery
* Strong commitment to Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) and food safety standards
* Reliability, flexibility, and a collaborative approach to teamwork
* Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
