A Great opportunity has become available to join a well-run and reputable government department who are currently on the look-out for an experienced Recruitment Officer to deliver the end to end responsibility for identifying, attracting and on-boarding talent to efficiently and effectively meet changing organisational needs. This role will provide advice and consultation to key stakeholders both internal and external in regards to talent acquisition services.

1. processing information about job vacancies from employers
2. developing the selection processes for recruitment campaigns
3. preparing job descriptions and organising t
4. headhunting suitable job candidates through networking and resume searches
5. reviewing resumes and submitting the most suitable to hiring managers
6. running background checks on shortlisted applicants, including checking references
