Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hobart, TAS, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Information Technology Officer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, managing network and systems administration, and ensuring a reliable and secure IT environment. The candidate will also proactively monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to minimize downtime and implement solutions to optimize system performance.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support.
* Expertise in Information Technology, including understanding industry best practices and emerging technologies.
* Experience in Network Administration and System Administration.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and adaptability in dynamic environments.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with teams and clients.
* Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
* A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
