With a strong commitment to inclusion, dignity, and purpose, Orana supports over 650 people across metropolitan and regional South Australia and employs more than 550 staff.Orana is recruiting their next Chief Executive Officer (CEO), joining the organisation at a pivotal time as it enters a new phase of growth and transformation.
Reporting directly to the Board, the CEO will be responsible for implementing Orana's strategic plan, strengthening operations, and driving high-quality service delivery aligned with Orana's mission and values.
The role will oversee all areas of the organisation's operations, governance and compliance, including stakeholder engagement, financial sustainability, organisational culture, and workforce development.
A critical ambassador for Orana, the CEO will build and maintain strong relationships with government, business partners, clients, families, and the broader community, while ensuring the organisation adapts to policy reform, regulatory requirements, and sector changes.
