Senior Facility Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the operation and maintenance of our luxury hotel's facilities, ensuring optimal performance, energy efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

The successful candidate will plan, coordinate, and direct all aspects of facility management, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. They will also be responsible for budgeting, resource allocation, and staff supervision to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain all hotel facilities, including but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
