We are currently seeking applications for dedicated Youth Workersto join our team based in our residential house located at one of our Southeast locations, being Buccan.Casuals can earn up to $45.58 per hour depending on experience and qualifications with penalty rates as high as $100 per hour on public holidays.Potential for part time positions.Our team provides young peoplewith supportin a homely and welcoming residential care setting.This role directly supports the day to day routine of young people, providing quality, safe care and guidance within their living environment and the community.You will be working within a team of Youth Workers and be responsible for ensuring that the young people are safe and that their welfare and wellbeing needs are met, while working towards planned goals and independence. You will be working with young people with a range of developmental, behavioural, and psychological needs.
