We are looking for an Assistant Partnerships Manager to join our Water Group on the Gold Coast.
* Location:Bundall, City of Gold Coast offices (with flexibility to work from WSP’s Nerang office)
* Employment Type:Part-time (3 days/week) with potential to transition to full-time
The Opportunity
As an Assistant Partnerships Manager, you’ll support the Professional Services Partnership (PSP) with the City of Gold Coast. This is a high-impact role where you’ll help drive operational excellence, support project delivery, and foster strong client relationships.
Overview of Responsibilities
You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the PSP’s day-to-day operations, including:
* RFP & Document Management:Process and allocate RFPs, create PSP folders, manage templates and file structures, and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
* Workflow Coordination:Track return briefs and scope modifications, liaise with the City, and maintain project trackers.
* Reporting & Updates:Prepare weekly and monthly updates for EDS and the PSP team, support PM presentations, and manage performance and traffic light reports.
* Closure Reports:Oversee the closure report process, including tracking, validation, and submission.
* Stakeholder Engagement:Support PMs with queries, participate in PSP and City meetings, and respond to ad-hoc requests.
* Future Planning:Support with resourcing and contribute to broader program administration.

* Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams.
* Ability to work from the City of Gold Coast office in Bundall on the Gold Coast, preferably three days per week with local presence in the WSP Nerang office
