Front Office Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic receptionist to play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences at our hotel.

* Delivering effortless guest experiences through friendly, personalized service
* Providing helpful information and assistance to accommodation enquirers in a timely and professional manner
* Promoting the business by offering expert advice on accommodation options to increase sales
* Efficiently processing reservations and ensuring accurate data capture
* Supporting corporate and leisure guests with their needs

The ideal candidate will have previous front office experience in hospitality or tourism, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
