About your opportunity:
In this position you will….. 
- Effectively manage self-development and work with the Nurse Unit Manager/Clinical Nurse Educator to meet nursing staff development needs and participate in professional development activities as well as undertaking regular performance appraisal and development.
- Undertake quality improvement and evidence-based practice activities to ensure quality, cost-effective client care and contribute to the development, implementation, maintenance and review of policies and procedures, and workplace protocols under the direction of the Nurse Unit Manager.
- Promote cooperation, teamwork and understanding in undertaking generalist and/or specialist nursing practices for effective health outcomes.
