About the Role
As a key team member of our Sydney sales team, you will work closely with the Sales Manager to engage customers at the start of their journey to build a new home using one of our award-winning designs.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless communication and providing expert advice on our range of residential homes.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage customers in their home buying journey, providing expert advice and guidance
* Work collaboratively with the Sales Manager and other team members to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout the purchasing process
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments, ensuring you are always equipped to provide the best possible service to our customers
