About You

Substantial experience delivering change analysis within a highly industrialised landscape, heavy industry, or complex logistics sector.

Deep knowledge of gap analysis, business readiness tracking, and structured change frameworks (PROSCI/ADKAR preferred).

Exceptional ability to engage with diverse audiences, seamlessly translating technical concepts for frontline operational staff and steering committees alike.

Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical industry experience in change management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed change analysis and change impact assessments utilizing established methodologies like PROSCI/ADKAR.
• Undertake rigorous current and future state gap analyses to ensure transition planning is completely fit for purpose.
• Develop and deliver foundational change documentation, plans, and regular progress reports in conjunction with leadership.
• Build solid relationships with internal operational groups to understand their environments and translate needs into explicit documentation.
• Actively identify stakeholder risks or resistance, reporting directly to the Lead to ensure proactive issue resolution.
• Collaborate with operational business units to translate requirements into documentation.
• Develop and deliver structured change management plans and reporting metrics.
• Manage complex stakeholder expectations and build robust business relationships.
• Undertake current and future state gap analysis for transition planning.
• Conduct change analysis and impact assessments using PROSCI/ADKAR.
