We're currently looking for passionate and positive people with an eye for style to join our retail team at our Robina store.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL NEED TO:
- Applies the required selling techniques at every customer interaction to deliver service that is consistent with the Commonry service standards
- Builds customer relationships and repeat business
- Maintains excellent stock administration standards in store
- Delivers and maintains VM brand standards
- Ensures housekeeping of the store and reserve and stock merchandising follow company standards and management directives
THE PERFECT FIT:
- Has previous fashion retail experience
- Is passionate about providing genuine and meaningful customer interactions
- Has a can-do, positive attitude to all areas of work
- Is a friendly, enthusiastic person who is confident talking to different customers and building relationships
- Confident to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Is well-presented and has an eye for style
- Have flexibility to work alternative weekends and Thursday and Friday day shifts.
