Inventory Coordinator - Mackay Sugar
The Inventory Coordinator reports to the Procurement Manager and provides leadership, support, and guidance to the Inventory and Warehouse Team at Mackay Sugar. The role is responsible for ensuring the timely provision of materials and services to Maintenance and Operations, while maintaining high standards of customer service and inventory accuracy. The position also oversees inventory control activities, implements the inventory management plan, and works collaboratively with the Procurement team and other business functions to achieve Mackay Sugar's operational goals.
The role will be based at our Racecourse Mill with regular travel to other sites in the Mackay region.

* Significant inventory management and warehouse operations experience including a minimum of 5 years warehouse process and service level improvement experience
* Operational change management experience (Warehouse & Inventory improvement and delivery)

* Experienced in leading, coaching and managing team members across multiple sites
* Sound proficiency and experience in MS Office and SAP R3, or similar, ERP systems
