About the role
Based at our Launceston site, you will support individuals with disabilities and barriers to achieve employment goals. Responsibilities include:
* Greeting and directing participants
* Conducting appointments and assisting with registrations
* Helping participants access job search facilities
* Answering inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
* Liaising with contractors and external stakeholders
* Maintaining administrative tasks, facilities, and WHS compliance
About you
* Confident, trustworthy self-starter with a results-driven attitude
* Exceptional customer service and time management skills
* Ability to adapt and think on your feet
* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
* Proficient in MS Office
