* Lead financial modelling, valuation, credit work, and risk assessment for new and existing positions.
* Manage full deal processes including diligence, structuring, negotiation, and documentation.
* Prepare investment papers and present recommendations to the Investment Committee.
* Monitor portfolio performance, covenants, and exit pathways across existing holdings.
* Identify new themes and contribute to market research and investment strategy.
* Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, borrowers, advisors, and intermediaries.
* Support and mentor junior team members across modelling and transaction execution.
About You

* Strong end‑to‑end transaction experience across debt or structured credit.
* Advanced financial modelling skills and deep credit analysis capability.
* Strong communication skills and experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
