What you’ll be doing:
- Drafting and documenting rectification works for damaged buildings
- Preparing scopes of work and working drawings for tenders & council approvals
- Partnering with engineers, builders, and clients to deliver practical, compliant solutions
- Staying across building codes and industry standards
About You:
- Qualification in Building Design / Drafting (or similar)
- Proven experience as a Draftsperson / Building Designer – residential experience highly regarded
- Knowledge of BCA and Residential Timber Framed Construction
- Strong technical skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
