**Who are we looking for?**:
We are looking for someone who is motivated and has a keen eye to providing cost effective and timely maintenance services. You will find yourself working at our aged care site completing work order requests proficiently.
You will have a professional and positive edge, know your way around documentation, and can perform basic maintenance in plumbing or carpentry.

**What can you expect to be doing?**:
- Provide maintenance services at our aged care site in a professional, friendly and engaging manner
- Perform and meet gardening, ground and other maintenance order requests
- Participate in and contribute to quality improvement programs including documentation and stakeholder contacts
- Capture maintenance tasks involving reasonable timeframes, outcomes and budgets
- Ensure all equipment is operated and serviced in accordance with site procedures and/or manufacturer's instructions
**What do you need to bring?**:
- Technical/qualifications relevant to the role
- Previous experience in the same capacity will be highly regarded
- Exceptional customer service skills and an ability to maintain confidentiality
- Hold a working from heights and white card ticket
- Valid National Police Check and DHS check (or willing to obtain)
- TGA approved COVID-19 vaccinations and recent Influenza vaccination
- Full driver's licence
