We are currently looking to recruit a permanent Estate Litigation Lawyer for a well‐known law firm in Perth. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to develop their knowledge and experience.
Duties
* Advising and representing clients in a range of wills & estate matters, including family provision claims, will disputes, contested probate, executor disputes, trust disputes and breach of fiduciary duty matters
* Managing your own matters from start to finish, with strong support from senior litigators and support staff
* Collaborating across practice areas including Wills & Estates and Commercial Litigation
* Appearing in the Supreme Court, District Court, and State Administrative Tribunal as required
* Building and maintaining client relationships with empathy, clarity and strategic thinking
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2‐5+ years PAE in Wills & Estates
* Strong drafting and negotiation skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high‐quality client service
* A confident advocate with a strong understanding of WA succession laws
* A team player who contributes to firm culture and continuous improvement
