We are seeking an experienced and hands on Cellar Door Manager to lead our team and oversee the day to day operation of one of the region's leading wine tourism destinations.
This full time role is central to delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving wine sales, wine club growth and team performance. Reporting to the leadership team, you will lead from the floor, set the standard for service and presentation, manage bookings and guest flow, and ensure every touchpoint reflects the quality and warmth of the Crittenden brand.
You will also be responsible for coaching and supporting the Cellar Door team, coordinating rostering and daily operations, overseeing stock control, POS systems and administration, and contributing to events, promotions, telesales and wine club retention initiatives. Working closely with our Restaurant and Accommodation teams, you will help create a connected guest experience across the property.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership capability, a hands on approach, excellent customer service and communication skills, and a proven ability to drive sales in a wine or hospitality environment. Wine knowledge, confidence with digital systems, and weekend and public holiday availability are essential.
