We're looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join our diverse, customer-focused team.
In this role, you will report to a Director of Commercial Sales and focus on acquiring new business opportunities among a group of accounts that fit our ideal customer profile.
Key Responsibilities:
* Value Selling: highlight PagerDuty's unique value and benefit our products and services can provide to a customer.
* Understand stakeholders' problems and effectively communicate how PagerDuty will support and address those company priorities.
* Align use cases with the appropriate service offering.
Sales Effectiveness:
* Develops a proactive point of view on solutions based on customer's biggest pain points.
* Encourages positive conversations between new or potentially new customers and sales teams.
* Ensures complete customer satisfaction in all interactions.
Sales Execution:
* Pursuing: contacting executives at senior levels across various lines of business using scaled techniques and tools.
* Closing and managing land-and-expand deals.
* Prioritizing opportunities and allocating appropriate resources.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year of full cycle sales experience.
* A strong background in lead generation and prospecting.
* An extensive experience with common SaaS software tools.
We operate a hybrid work model with offices in 8 major cities. While we offer flexibility within our established locations, we cannot employ candidates residing in certain regions.
