Currently a fantastic opportunity exists to join our expanding business growingJob OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic and results-driven Dealer FinanceCommercial Manager to join our team, in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with automotive and related industrydealerships, promoting our financial products and services, and driving revenue growth.This role requires an understanding of the dealer finance market and the ability todeliver exceptional client service.Key Responsibilities• Lead Generation & Conversion: Actively generate leads, prospect new business,and convert commercial opportunities into revenue generating business.• Dealer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships withdealerships in a variety of industries, across your assigned territory to increasefinance uptake and ensure satisfaction.• Finance Solutions: Work closely with the dealership finance and insuranceteams to explain various finance options and provide finance products to meetclient needs.• Client Support: Guide both dealerships and clients through the financeapplication process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from start tofinish.• Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest finance products, interest rates, and regulatory requirements to offer the best solutions to both dealershipsand clients.• Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth processingof finance applications and timely delivery of services.• Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate records of dealer and clientinteractions in the CRM system and finance applications. Provide regular reportsto management on progress, performance, and opportunities.• Compliance: Ensure all finance activities comply with Australian financialregulations and industry standards, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. (preferred, not arequirement)Key Requirements• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development and/orclient relationship management preferably within the automotive or relateddealer finance industry.• Strong Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of dealer finance products,or a related field is highly desirable.
