Leadership Role in Remote Healthcare
As a Clinical Operations Manager, you will play a crucial part in leading clinical operations across remote Aboriginal communities. This involves supporting and mentoring Health Centre Managers to deliver safe and effective services.
Job Description
The role requires overseeing recruitment, rostering, and onboarding of health staff, as well as leading continuous improvement and compliance activities. You will also work closely with clinical teams to maintain best-practice service delivery, support internal systems, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need experience managing clinical teams or remote health services. A current driver's licence and willingness to travel are also essential. Strong communication and people management skills, as well as experience in quality improvement or accreditation processes, are highly regarded.
