Our client are seeking senior, highly experienced DVA Claims Advocates for immediate commencement to support a large, established private veterans' advocacy organisation operating at national scale.
This opportunity is strictly for practitioners with deep, current, hands-on experience managing complex Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) matters.

They manage a high volume of complex DVA matters and are recognised for their technical depth and impact.
Description
You will operate autonomously in a high-volume, technically demanding environment, managing complex matters including:
* DVA compensation claims
* Commonwealth Superannuation (ComSuper) matters
* Retrospective discharge applications
* Incapacity and related entitlements
Candidates must demonstrate advanced, working knowledge of:
* Veterans' Entitlements Act (VEA)
* Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation (Defence-related) Act (DRCA)
* Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act (MRCA)
Profile
To be considered, you must have direct, practical experience in one or more of the following:
* DVA decision-making
* Veterans' advocacy
* DVA claims processing under VEA, DRCA and MRCA frameworks.
* Ability to work independently from day one
* Proven capability managing complex, sensitive matters
* Strong technical judgment and legislative interpretation skills
* Immediate or near-immediate availability highly regarded
Candidates without direct DVA experience across these Acts should not apply.
