Join a dynamic team at the forefront of healthcare innovation as a Research Fellow in the School of Nursing and Midwifery. Monash Nursing and Midwifery is seeking a dedicated and motivated Research Fellow to support the Professoriate in advancing high-quality nursing research. In this role, you will work closely with leading academics on a range of new and ongoing research projects, primarily supporting Associate Professor Innes and Associate Professor Jones in key research initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Contribute to ethics applications
* Conduct literature reviews
* Assist with participant recruitment
* Engage in qualitative and/or quantitative data collection and analysis
* Prepare manuscripts for publication, reports and presentations
* Support the conceptualisation and implementation of research initiatives
* Contribute to the development of research funding proposals
* Provide guidance to junior research staff
