We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Clerk to join our team in Richmond. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of office tasks, data entry, and customer relations, ensuring smooth daily operations:
Key Responsibilities:
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Handling tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations
Supporting customer relations and inquiries
Utilizing Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
Requirements:
Solid familiarity with Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to handle a variety of tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
