Part-time Chef – AOI.TSUKI Omakase
We are AOI.TSUKI, a fine dining omakase restaurant in Melbourne, dedicated to creating exceptional Japanese culinary experiences with premium seasonal ingredients.
We are currently seeking a Part-time Chef to join our professional and passionate team.
About the Role
* Work Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday (approximately 15–20 hours per week)
* Pay Rate: Negotiable, depending on experience and skills
* Responsibilities: Assisting with preparation of sushi/sashimi, hot dishes, and maintaining the highest standards of kitchen operation
What We're Looking For
* Experience in Japanese cuisine preferred
* Advantage if you have skills in sushi and sashimi preparation
* Omakase background and prior experience as a sushi chef will be highly regarded
* Strong communication skills are essential
* Passion for fine dining and attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Team player with good communication and collaboration skills
