Aged Care Opportunities
We are seeking skilled Registered Nurses to join our dynamic team across two rewarding care environments:
* Our dedicated general aged care community
* Our innovative Specialist Dementia Care Unit (Waratah)
In these roles, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care, work collaboratively within a supportive team, and promote resident wellbeing and engagement.
To be successful in these positions, you will bring:
* AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Strong clinical and communication skills
* A commitment to teamwork, adaptability, and quality improvement
You may also have experience working with people with dementia and possess leadership and case management skills. A sound understanding of residential aged care accreditation standards is also desirable.
