About the Location
We have 5 sites - Albury, Wodonga, Lavington, Wangaratta, and Yarrawonga - situated on the Murray River border of NSW and Victoria, and perfectly located between Melbourne and Sydney.
Job Description:
The Sonographer will be part of our collaborative, committed team dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for our patients. Responsibilities include:
Conducting a variety of scans, including a mix of general, MSK, vascular, obstetrics, and gynaecological studies.
Enjoying a varied mix of hospital and private clinic work, as well as state-of-the-art breast imaging clinics.
Weekend and on-call work available.
Collaborating with radiologists and colleagues.
Maintaining rooms, restocking, cleaning, and finalizing patients.
Requirements:
You must have a Graduate Diploma or Master of Medical Ultrasound with current registration with the Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR). Ideally 2+ years of postgraduate ultrasound experience would be beneficial. You should be an all-rounder with competencies in a variety of ultrasound examinations, including breast, general, MSK, obstetrics, and vascular. A willingness to participate in further education and continued professional development programs is essential. Experience with Canon and GE is ideal. High-level interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with diverse groups are necessary.
