Commencement Salary: $94,219 per annum (plus 17% superannuation).

About the role
Reporting to the Director: Teaching Innovation Unit, the Unit Executive Officer provides high-level executive, administrative, and financial support to the Director and Associate Director of the Teaching Innovation Unit (TIU). This position leads the coordination of key TIU initiatives, supports unit-wide operations, and serves as the primary liaison to the Director, fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful, you will need
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in a similar role, supporting senior leaders in a complex organisational environment
* Proven high-level administrative and finance support skills, with demonstrated discretion and confidentiality
* Strong organisational, interpersonal and relationship building skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
* Experience coordinating projects and events, with the ability to manage competing priorities under minimal supervision
* Proficiency in producing high-quality documents, reports, and presentation materials, including advanced proficiency in MS Office tools
