* Previous experience operating cutter suction dredges.
* Minimum Coxswain qualification.
* Master 5 and MED2 qualifications or higher.
* Appropriate plant, vehicle, and earthmoving equipment licenses (e.g., front-end loader, excavator, HR Truck).
4. As a dynamic team player, applicants must demonstrate:
* Flexibility to work up to 12-hour shifts, including weekends.
* A strong commitment to WHS compliance.
* Able to pass a full pre-employment medical, including functional capacity assessment and drug and alcohol screening.
* Current AMSA Certified Coxswain 1NC certification with no restrictions.
* Drivers license.
* Construction White Card.
