We are EIL Global, a company providing IT services in Asia Pacific and EMEA regions across various technologies such as desktops, servers, networks and data centre technologies. We are headquartered in Adelaide, Australia and have clients and offices across Asia Pacific locations.
Currently, we are looking for engineers for our onsite support requirements.
As an IT Support Engineer (On-call/Freelance/Casual) based in Sydney, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients. Your primary duties will include:
* Performing desktop support and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
* Re-imaging desktop operating systems as required.
* Assisting with networking issues, including LAN and WAN configurations.
* Supporting and configuring routers and switching infrastructure.
* Providing timely responses to technical inquiries and issues to ensure client satisfaction.
* Documenting support interactions and solutions in accordance with company policies.
* Collaborating with other IT professionals to ensure seamless operations and issue resolution.
Mandatory Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
* Proficiency in desktop support and troubleshooting.
* Strong understanding of networking concepts including LAN, WAN, and router configurations.
* Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
