About Our Finance Role
We are seeking a senior finance professional to lead our finance, IT and purchasing departments. This is a hands-on leadership role that involves business decision making, ensuring compliance and executing business plans.
This role requires strong accounting practices, budget management and forecasting skills. You will also be responsible for administering cash management, insurance matters and payroll management. Additionally, you will maintain a capital expenditure register and proactively communicate with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Ensure all accounting practices comply with company and government regulations
* Manage budgets and forecasts, updating as necessary
* Administer cash management for the hotel
* Maintain insurance policies and liaise with auditors
* Work closely with departments to ensure payroll management and efficiencies
* Maintain a capital expenditure register
Requirements
* Relevant CA/CPA or degree equivalent
* 5 years of experience in a similar role in a large hospitality organization
* Strong communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
* Proven success leading and developing teams
