About the Role
As a Service Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients and provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure smooth delivery of services. You will work within a multidisciplinary team and play a key role in supporting mental health and wellbeing programs.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering high-quality customer service in person, by phone, and via email.
* Managing client appointments and records using the Client Management System.
* Providing administrative support for regional events, group programs, and meetings.
* Coordinating correspondence, referrals, and service satisfaction activities.
* Assisting with travel arrangements, invoice processing, and resource requests.
* Supporting reporting and quality assurance processes.
What we're looking for
* Professional experience in business operations or service delivery within health or government environments.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively in a team.
* Mandatory: Ability to obtain a Working with Vulnerable People registration or Working with Children check.
