Job Description
A skilled Freedom of Information Officer is required to process FOI requests, maintain the CMTEDD FOI database and ensure records management requirements are met.
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Public Administration, Law or related discipline, as well as understanding of records management principles and proficiency in EDRMS and Microsoft Excel.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Process FOI requests from end-to-end.
* Maintain the FOI database and ensure records management requirements are met.
* Meet FOI publication requirements and adhere to confidentiality protocols.
