SES-2 Executive Director, Corporate Services Division, VCAA
Leading a diverse team, the Executive Director will ensure quality service delivery, facilitate initiatives to enable corporate improvement and foster an environment of collaboration and excellence.
The Corporate Services Division consists of operational units that support the Authority's business. They are: Assurance and Improvement; Communications; Finance; Governance; Human Resources; Procurement and Technology and Infrastructure.
The Corporate Services Division is responsible to:
* Lead the organisation as a whole as part of the Senior Leadership Team and think in a whole-of-organisation way, to provide excellent services to the organisation and work closely with colleagues in the Department of Education where required.
* Lead the management of the organisations information technology and document architecture and IT reform agenda.
* Provide assurance through the internal audit program and facilitate organisational improvement.
* Communicate with internal and external audiences, protect and enhance VCAA's reputation, showcase and support student excellence and deliver a public enquiry service.
* Coordinate budget process, report on financial performance, compliance with financial policy and cash and investment management.
* Manage and coordinate business risk framework, planning and performance reporting and secretariat to the Board.
