As Head of Strategic Finance, you will take ownership of commercial finance, FP&A and strategic insight functions across the group. You will design scalable reporting, budgeting and forecasting frameworks, deliver clear financial insights to the executive team, and develop the metrics, analysis and market intelligence that shape long-term strategy.
You will play a key role in pricing strategy, margin analysis, capital planning and Board reporting, while becoming a trusted advisor to leaders across Sales, Marketing, Academic and Operations. You will also play a meaningful role in capital planning, debt facility support, the evaluation of M&A opportunities, and preparation activities associated with a future private equity exit.
Key Qualifications:
* You are a CA/CPA qualified, commercially astute finance leader with strong analytical capability and experience in FP&A, commercial finance, corporate development or strategic finance roles.
* You bring excellent communication skills, can simplify complexity for senior stakeholders, and thrive in environments where insight, clarity and structure are needed.
* Experience in multi-site, education, services or tech-enabled businesses is highly regarded, as is prior exposure to long-term modelling, pricing, forecasting and business partnering.
* A background working with lenders and investment stakeholders in an M&A-focussed growth environment, will be highly regarded.
* Your strategic mindset, commercial judgement and ability to influence others are matched by strong ownership, attention to detail and a desire to build scalable processes.
