The Role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Services Manager to oversee the overall operations of the residential service and lead a team committed to delivering high-quality care. Reporting into senior leadership, you will drive strong outcomes across care quality, compliance, team leadership and service performance, while fostering a positive and supportive environment for residents, families and staff.

Key Responsibilities
* Leading the overall operations of the residential service including care governance, quality and compliance
* Building and supporting a strong, engaged multidisciplinary team
* Creating a positive and supportive culture for staff, residents and families
* Driving continuous improvement aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards
* Supporting occupancy and community engagement with local stakeholders and referral partners
* Overseeing workforce management, financial performance and day-to-day operations
Essential Criteria
* Minimum 3 years' leadership experience within residential aged care
* Demonstrated ability to balance quality care, regulatory compliance, and operational outcomes
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide, support, and develop a high-performing team
* Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities
* Solid understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
* A genuine commitment to delivering person-centred care
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* AHPRA Registration
* Full working rights in Australia
