Key Responsibilities:
* Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot middleware software such as web servers, application servers, messaging systems, and databases.
* Develop and implement strategies for middleware software upgrades and patch deployments.
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
* Create and maintain technical documentation related to middleware operations.
* Assist in the development of middleware-related policies and procedures.
* Provide technical support related to middleware software for users and administrators.
* Available to provide 24/7 support as required.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Middleware technologies, in-depth knowledge of distributed computing systems, network and system design, and web services.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, and Bash is also required.
