We are seeking a highly experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, acting as a trusted HR generalist across employee relations, performance management, policies, and compliance.
You will build HR frameworks that support scaling, including onboarding, training, retention strategies. You will advise managers on Fair Work compliance, contracts, and best-practice HR. Additionally, you will support staff engagement, culture initiatives, and professional development.
Your primary goal will be to drive process improvements to align people performance with business goals.
