Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Business Partner plays a crucial role in guiding hiring managers through the requisition approval process, assisting with job descriptions, building recruiting strategies, screening and recommending candidates, and negotiating the offer process.
This individual works in partnership with cross-functional teams to provide innovative solutions to finding top talent throughout the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provides support to the Talent Acquisition team with a high attention to detail.
* Researches, analyzes, and documents findings.
* Makes recommendations and notifies applicants of consideration or declination.
* Ensures candidates have a complete understanding and realistic picture of responsibilities, compensation, training, schedule requirements, benefits, career opportunities, and serves as the candidates' advocate during the recruitment process.
* Collaborates with management to communicate various Human Resources employment policies and procedures.
Additionally, this role requires the ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision, adapt to new technology and processes as needed, and interact effectively with multiple internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
