Student Experience Coordinator
We are seeking a collaborative and insight-driven professional to join our team as a Student Experience Coordinator. This role is central to embedding the student voice in university-wide initiatives and ensuring that student insights drive meaningful improvements in programs, services, and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of key strategic action plans focused on student retention, student experience, student health and wellbeing, and student voice.
* Gather and analyse student-driven insights to inform new engagement models and interventions.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed student voice in the design and delivery of student-facing strategies and services.
* Coordinate feedback mechanisms and co-creation opportunities.
* Provide project management support across a range of improvement-focused initiatives.
* Monitor and report on the impact of student engagement strategies using qualitative and quantitative data.
