About This Role
You will be responsible for managing our company's environmental health and safety management systems, ensuring they are implemented and maintained across all levels of the organization.
This role requires close collaboration with regional operations managers and national safety teams to ensure compliance with corporate and local requirements. A key focus will be on promoting a culture of safety within the workplace, driving safe behaviors, and conducting regular audits to identify areas for improvement.
Additionally, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills in EHS procedures, as well as conducting incident investigations and follow-up actions when required.
Other key responsibilities include assisting with the development of site-specific safety plans and safe work method statements, managing return-to-work processes, and ensuring best outcomes for all parties involved.
