About Our Clinical Management Role
We are seeking a seasoned clinical leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our medical service. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, compliance, and best-practice healthcare delivery.
This is a hands-on leadership position that requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trusting relationships with multiple stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient care and service delivery while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture aligned with our values and code of conduct.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in clinic planning, workflow management, and meeting operational goals. They will also possess excellent business analysis, assessment, and reporting skills, as well as advanced IT skills.
In this role, you will collaborate with senior leadership to drive clinic growth, performance, and efficiency, while enhancing the patient experience and quality outcomes. You will participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new nursing and reception staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage daily clinic operations
* Foster a positive, team-oriented culture
* Ensure compliance with accreditation, Medicare, DVA billing, and PRODA requirements
* Maintain, develop, and implement clinical best-practice processes
* Collaborate with senior leadership to drive clinic growth and performance
Selection Criteria:
* Bachelor of Nursing (Registered Nurse) with a minimum of 5 years' management experience
* Proven experience in clinic planning, workflow management, and meeting operational goals
* Strong business analysis, assessment, and reporting skills
* Excellent team leadership and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
