Job Responsibilities How you will contribute... Overview of the Position:

The National Key Account Executive supports the National Key Accounts (NKA) Team and the National Key Independent (NKI) Team in the successful fulfilment of their responsibilities to optimise sales, visibility, net proceeds and contribution for Moet Hennessy Australia via designated customers, within agreed budgets and strategic guidelines. It is critical in this role to develop relationships and provide superior customer service to our National Account trade partners when requested, as well as develop and maintain excellent working relationships with the management and staff of MHA.

Customer Planning
* To maintain the customer Sales Planning Tools to ensure accuracy of volume forecasts, SOH and profitability.
* To develop and maintain accurate NKA & NKI promotional calendars in conjunction with the National Key Account Teams.
* Responsible for compilation of all customers new line and pricing forms for the NKA & NKI channels.
Trade Marketing - Assisting to execute the NKA & NKI Activation Strategy
* Work closely with the Customer Marketing Team to ensure NKA & NKI channels achieves activation objectives as per budget.
* Manage the communication with the State teams via the State Co‐ordinators to ensure individual activation mechanics are clear and this guidance is passed to the broader sales team for compliance review.
* Track the success of NKA & NKI activations & champion the overall execution of the BTL strategy in the states.
* Assist National Key Account Managers in all facets of event coordination from customer enquiry to onsite event management. Assist in concept, research, logistics and budgeting. Work closely with brand & trade marketing teams and State Co‐Ordinators to ensure successful execution.
* Work with Customer Marketing and Account Managers to ensure the maintenance of display / permanent visibility distribution records for both online and in‐store.
General Administration
* Ensure any NKA & NKI related invoices are entered and processed in SAP within a timely manner.
* Ensure credits for customers & suppliers are processed in a compliant manner, utilizing the services of the Accounts Department and Customer Service Team.
* Liaise with marketing teams to ensure all product tasting notes, wine vintage changes and product images are correct.
* Ensure all requests for price lists, sample bottles, tasting notes, bottle shot images, logos, are posted, emailed or compiled by the requested deadlines.
* Responsible for customer promotional claim reconciliations on a monthly basis in order to comply with financial deadlines.
* Support National Key Accounts Team & NKI Team with general administrative tasks as required.
Profile

Education
* Degree qualified
* Administration background – High/Advanced level of proficiency on Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Languages
* Full English written and spoken proficiency.
Experience
* At least 2 years administration or sales experience with an international fast‐moving consumer goods or liquor company.
* Wine/Spirit product knowledge
* Good understanding of large luxury brand business.
* Thorough understanding of FMCG/drinks industry.
* Experience working with Coles/Woolworths in either a Liquor or non‐Liquor sales capacity will be desirable.
Technical Skills:
* Strong planning, presentation and negotiation skills
* Strong numerical, analytical and statistical skills
* Excellent communication, networking and interpersonal skills
* High standard of computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Attention to detail
