In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team that manages the end-to-end portfolio of Public Liability, Construction and Recovery claims. This role will see you managing claims from members of the public as well as assisting Transport with the submission of over excess insurance claims.
You will deliver quality, prompt and efficient service and advice to claimants, whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory requirement, policies, and procedures. You will also be responsible for maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure the implementation of strategies designed to reduce the turnaround time for processing clams.

About you
You’re an experienced Claims Officer, who has a great understanding of relevant insurance legislation and regulations.
You will ideally have experience in liability, property and recoveries claims management in a large organisation or with an insurer.
You take pride in ensuring stakeholders have a positive experience and have the ability to build rapport quickly.
You are a problem solver, who can understand stakeholder requirements and resolve concerns quickly.
